    We are excited to host the FPA of Iowa Annual Symposium on a virtual platform this year! There are a few things to note for this year’s event:

    • The event will be taking place on Attendify.
    • You will register and pay for your Symposium Registration via the FPA of Iowa website https://fpaiowa.org/meetinginfo.php?id=36&ts=1600708556 . Attendify login instructions will automatically be sent to you after you register (they will be at the bottom of your registration receipt). If you don’t receive them, please email us [email protected]. Once registered, you will use your email address to get onto Attendify (it may take up to 24 hours for Attendify to recognize your email address). 
    • We will be sending every registrant a gift card code to be used for lunch the day of the event. Here is a guide if you ned help with your Uber Eats voucher. 
    • We ask that you plan on keeping your video ON during all sessions so we can ensure your presence and participation for CE.
